2024 is going to be a crazy year. We will discuss how to navigate the political climate in your schools and best practices on how to communicate school values and positions in this tumultuous environment.

Marketing is becoming more and more data-informed. School and board leadership are also interested in detailed reports that show the value of your advertising budget. We will explore together how best to leverage data-based marketing and provide reports that encourage school leadership.

Love it or hate it, we all have to deal with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social networks. We will discuss together best practices and efficient strategies that can streamline productivity and increase participation.

Communication and PR around your head of school can be challenging. Each of head of school has a unique personality and way of leading. Discover new techniques to highlight your head’s best attributes and help him or her shine!

Website, email, and document management is a job in and of itself! We will discuss together best practices for managing these three critical areas.

Brand Management and Spirit Store

Managing your school’s visual brand is paramount to creating a consistent brand image in the eyes of your community. The school spirit store is also becoming a source of brand energy and revenue. We discuss how your communication department can be influential in these areas.

Athletic Communication & Marketing

Athletic communication can be a full-time job. We will strategize ways to communicate athletic results and celebrate athletic successes effectively.

Crisis Communication & Public Relations

A crisis is bound to arise at some point during the school year. Discuss with your peers best practices to provide the best communication and PR strategies to navigate these unpredictable events.

About the Host School
